I had a 47 minute "fast" food experience. Literally 47 minutes from the time I ordered until I got my food. I placed my order on... the BK app 25 minutes before arriving at the location. The food was not ready when I got there. They told me they didn't havemozzarella sticks, but they couldn't refund me because I placed the order on the app. Eventually, they let me pick a substitute.It took 20 minutes for me to finally get my food. I was annoyed because I thought the purpose of ordering on the app was to savetime for me and the staff. I will say the employees were kind and patient with some unruly customers who were in there. Thelocation is dingy and dark, though. It needs better lighting and a scrub down. The do have some cool Houston art on the wall anda fish tank. Oh, my impossible whopper was dry, dry, dry. Read more

Worst service ever. I arrived at this place to find no one working the counter. A person was in the back of the restaurant on... his cell phone. After waiting about 5 minutes. I called out hello twice and still didn't get anyone to come to the counter.After waiting a few more minutes, I whistled loudly and finally got the guy on the phone to come to the counter. He initiallyapologized but later argued with me about not calling out. After exchanging words with him(turned off to be the manager) herefused to give me service and went to the back to the back of the restaurant. One other employee was did and he refused togive service also. Needless to say I left there without b receiving service. Worst place ever. Read more
Didn't have a good experience here. We had been to pick up an online order. We ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches, both of... which had overcooked and dry chicken meat. The buns also didn't seem fresh. Read more
Person taking my order was very rude. She kept forgetting my order. The place was very dirty. Noone was wearing any mask at the... location as of 06/17/20. Its located in the parking lot of a gas station and feels very unsafe at night. I would rather go toWhatabuger a few exits down but the line was unreal. Buger King was empty and I can see why. There is a HUGE bump in the drivethru after you order. I have low profile tires and was worried it bent one of my rims. Lucky it didn't but it is impossible tosee at night. Read more
