I went through the drive thru and of course no total was given to me. When I pulled up to the window again no total given she... had her hand out for money. I had to ask the total. Then when I asked for a receipt magically no receipts worked in thebuilding. When I asked for my money back and gave her the change she gave me, she must've forgot the total she made up becauseshe wanted me to give her more money back. I will never go to this Burger King ever again. It has gotten horrible over theyears. Need to start completely over with the entire staff. Read more

I find something I don't like, everytime I go here. Then they stuff quality service and properly prepped food down my throat.... Fresh fries from bk are hard to beat(miss the crinkles tho) Slightly agitating, tbh. Read more
The face of reverse discrimination. The cashier treating everyone nice until the PATRON is another Hispanic, then no more... smiles, head shaking because SHE MAKE A MISTAKE charging us for a Medium size drink when ask an small. Among the restaurants at which I was management, Burger King is one. I know the policies and procedures, and this location... follow them very well! I made it a point to go in the lobby and Order carryout. This was immediately after their noon lunchrush. I was promptly and pleasantly greeted, the lobby was clean, and even though I made special changes to the burgers on my.Not only did they get the changes right, it was prepared according to policy. The pickles onions lettuce and tomato where in theproper place to assure some in each bite. Excellent Burger King! If you like Burger King in general I definitely recommendtrying this one! Well it was not crowded when we came in. We were served our food in a timely manner. However the tables were all dirty didn't... look they they were wiped down. The food looked alright. The Mac n Cheetos looked and tasted dried out. Very cold inside itsgreat for warm days like today. Don't think I will be returing to this location. :( Read more
BK burgers do not taste good to me anymore. I don't taste theflame broiled flavor they advertise. Back in the 80s they were... good. Now days I see them pull the patty out of a warming drawer which is why I think the burgers are not good and hot when youbite into it. Read more
