Incompetent staff. My order was wrong. I asked for a double with cheese. I got a single with no cheese. Poor quality food. The... fries were lukewarm. The soda tasted like laundry detergent. This location food was not made freshly food had to be sitting wrapped just ready to put inside bag and go. If your the manager... reading this you should hire some native speaking English talking instead of people fresh into USA not speaking and understandEnglish. I wanted the 2 for 5 special and she told me it was $12 I didn't qualify for the 2 for 5 specials I never knew you hadto be qualified to get food. This place clearly has poor management in place. I tried to order a chicken sandwich (they were out of all chicken products but... the nuggets), I tried to order onion rings (they were out), then I tried to order mozzarella sticks (they were out of thosetoo). Got coupon for family deal 3 whoppers 3 cheese burgers and 3 small fries. I also added mix match double king(small) for $5. Came... out 19 and change. Also wanted fries no salt. Ate fries that had salt despite asking. O salt while driving back to feed my kidsto realized he never gave me a receipt. Y is this important? Because 2 small cheese burgers were missing! A voice told me tocheck before driving off but I didn't think they messed me up or cheated me like this. I am very upset because I am not drivingback for 2 small cheese burgers without the receipt! Its 10:46 pm....the time stamp on the receipt is 10:30...so it took 16 mins to get home... I could smell the onions when I... opened the bag...It is not a big deal...its not like im allergic to onions... Completely incompetent management refused to honor the coupon I got in the mail which was valid because it doesn't expire until... 01/29/2023! I've used the same or similar coupon at this same location twice before recently, For 2 bacon cheeseburgers withfried & drink for $5.99. Had to end up calling corporate, and immediately took my business next door to Wendy's! Totallyridiculous that the manager just refused to honor the valid coupon. Read more
