This BK at S Gessner and Harwin is not doing too well. Wait was normal. But freshness was in question.
Update: The managers here and the employees who've worked here a long time do an amazing job. It's only once in awhile the new... employees have no idea what they are doing. I was frustrated and angry last time, but overall they do a great job. Fries arealways hot as well. I've never been here in the evenings, but around lunch time they do a great job of getting your food quickand hot. Some employees are good and some are bad, but it all falls back on the company. Today around 11:30am went to use acoupon code from Burger King from the mobile app. The employee there insists I need to bring the actual coupon. The appliterally says coupon code will expire in 7 minutes. Another worker there insists I need the physical coupon! Mind you I?veused coupon codes from the app at the same location multiple times without a physical coupon. That?s what the app is for!! Read more
I come here all the time since it's close to my job. Never really had A bad experience here, everyone's always nice, usually the... same people so it's a friendly place. Kitchens exposed so that's a good thing for transparency. Bilingual so if you wanna hearthem and learn spanish, and clean seating area. PS. Use the app to use good coupons. Read more
