Ok, was disappointed service was slow. No friendliness drive through was quick from what I saw. No greeting, was ignored for... first 3 or 4 minutes till someone finally asked what I needed. Read more
Honestly the pettiness in every single one of those employees just made me so mad to the point where I had to write this... complaint. Me and my Boyfriend were hungry and saw that this location was still open at 11:30 pm, once they saw us pull up inthe drive threw, everyone literally ran and hid from us so they wouldn?t take our order. We pulled up closer and all I see atthe corner of the window was an employee hiding away on their phone, same goes for the kitchen crew and manager, they all justhung out at the back of kitchen all of them laughing at us. I've waited for almost five minutes before I was "greeted" with a cold "what are you ordering?" ???? The lady behind the counter... was slow, attituded, and it was very clear she doesn't want to be there. I'm sure spending Sunday afternoon with your family orfriends is a much bigger pleasure than work, and I really feel for her. But once you decide to take the job, just do it, or stayhome. Read more

They definitely just gave me actual beef whoppers and I'm vegetarian. I actually don't eat meat, and now I can look forward... spending the rest of the day in my bathroom praying to a higher power. They're lucky it's so cheap or I'd ask for a refund. AllI can ask for now is hope and prayers. Read more
The mgr. Charity is the most fabulous mgr. The most fabulous mother and person I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. However... they have a young lady who stayed on her phone the whole time I was there or in the rest room for 45 mins. While charity do dall the work. She is pregnant vland does not feel it's wrong to to be in her phone. She even waited on me 8 mins after I wasthere but never getting off the phone. I say this if charity is working then go see her. BTW she had her kids there whileworking they were very well behaved she never had to soeak to them at all. I didn't realize they were in restaurant until I saidhow well they were behaved. This is definitely the worst Burger King in Houston. I picked up kids meals for 10 they sounded upset that I had ordered that... many meals all burgers I got home and none of the meals had pickles called over and over no answer so I went back the next dayand Hispanic lady manager admitted they are out of pickles what kind of a burger place runs out of pickles then doesn?t tell thecustomers when ordering the mgr lady said no refunds and go ahead and contact corporate.
