I went to order a Double Bacon ???? cheeseburger ????. While I was waiting I went to use the ladies restroom ????. Automatically... there was a stinch coming from the restroom. Paper towels, gloves, & toilet paper was on the floor. Very unsanitary. I hurriedup & got my food. I seen that the employees were wearing gloves to make the food. The food was freshly made. The line was notlong. There was no waiting in the drive through either.I seen a young lady that was working in the back just eating ???? friesfrom the fry station. We made eye contact. She was a Hispanic young lady. I just shook my head. I'm glad I did not order fries.I'm not coming back to this location to save my life per say. Very unsanitary. I'm glad they had on gloves while making myburger along with other customer burgers. Read more
Waste of money and time..Asked for fresh everything and what they did heated up old meat!! Now it's a burnt burger!!! Fries... old!! Coke was so flat tasted like swamp water!! Do not waste your time here!! Very upset!! Read more
Trash! Bad enough they gave me cold fries with "fresh" fish and onion rings but the look of this fish sandwich is horrendous.... Never again. Everytime I give fast food a chance, bad service or horrible quality is what I get. So thank you BK, I'mdone! Update: I spoke with corporate and I went back to give them their food back, and the shift manger had no problemsrefunding my money. For that, I thank them for their service and they won't ever have to worry about servicing me as a customeragain. S/O to Whataburger for having the service and quality food BK didn't have. Read more
Never open on time say a 6am some days I come at 7 and still not open!!!!!
