Such bad service , a few months ago I came for a original chicken and specifically ask for it to be fresh out of the fryer , and... told the manager to make sure It was hot ! Once I get my order sandwich was cold . I had been waiting there for about 15 min ,decided no to come back .. after months I came back because this restaurant is the closest to my house and to my finds thatservice still bad!!! Asked politely to order taker for a fresh sandwich and when I received my order sandwich was cold !!! Onceagain I asked to make it fresh and manager seem to be bother he said I had to wait 10 min for it which I didn?t mind .. andguess what I still received a COLD SANDWICH! At this point I?m definitely not coming back and rather drive to another BK. Read more
Nothing good to say so I keep it to myself. For those that form a line order and leave, we know its all you could expext. bad experience. Got 5 southwest meal. Nuggets tasted like they been fried in old grease, fries where cold. And I was told I... couldn't order a small drink because I already ordered and he has to keep the line of two cars steady moving . I have never beennot able to make and extra order at window, let a lone a simple drink its hot outside. I'm paying my money and waited in linefor burger King to serve me. I can see if it was food. Big spacious location with good service. The contemporary dining area is very clean. If you are dining in, bring a sweater or... jacket. In the past, I noted slow dine-in service at this location. That has improved. I really like their flame broiled ????s and french ????. I really like the Burger King mobile app. They offer a Whopper meal which includes a Whopper, small frenchfries and a small fountain drink for $6; or a Double Whopper with medium french fries for $5.50. Fast courteous service and clean, My only complaint is that the sandwiches have gotten smaller. I've been going to Burger King... since the 1960s. And they are definitely not what they used to be. Would I go there again? Yes I would, only for the specials. Read more

Not sure what is going on with the management here! I order a double whopper with no cheese ?EXTRA? pickles! The outside rap was... marked with no cheese extra pickles ???? The teen took my order but the manager got my order ready????... mmmmm. This is toadvise EVERYONE please check your items before leaving the window.. This is the second time this happened at this location.Keep in mind whoppers are not cheap their and their Large French fry looks like a Medium. This is why Jack-in-the-Box isblasting Burger King..
