I went through the drive thru of this establishment. I attempted to place my order, but the lady said that she couldn't hear me.... I tried soaking louder, she then became rude, cutting me off, yelling that she couldn't hear me, and gave me a total without mybeing done ordering. I told her that I wasn't done, to which she ignored me. I drove around to the window, and she kept her backturned to me, not acknowledging me, and refusing to continue my order. Another young lady came to the window. She was verypleasant, have my food, and took the remaining order. I asked that young lady for the corporate number and what this "Manager's"name was. She informed me that the rude woman who took my order was the manager, named Bella. Bella then came to the window andI politely asked for the corporate number. She said "for what, for what, I'm not giving it, I don't know it". I then asked whatstore number location it was and she said "no" while closing the window. A young man who worked there came to the window andasked what was wrong. I told him that I was waiting on the corporate number. He said that he didn't know it but could give mehis boss's number. As he started reading the number out, Bella came to slam the window again, before he could finish. The youngman tried printing a receipt to give me with the phone number on it, and Bella snatched the paper from him and slammed thewindow again. This review is not the end for me. I will escalate this issue further, because you can't treat everybody thesame. Unfortunately I chose this BK to stop at on my way home, I don't live in the area, but Bella definitely acts like thetrash she exhibited on tonight. 8/30/2022 9:00pm. Read more
Worst Burger King I have ever visited. I had to read my order back to the cashier about five different times. It seemed like she... had no idea what to do. Like it was her first day. Food took forever to prepare. My fries were cold and the ice had alreadymelted in my drink when it finally received it. I visited this location because I have an app that rewards purchasesspecifically for this location. I don't think I'll ever come back again. Read more
After watching a movie we wanted a burger and decided to come here. Got Whopper and Whopper Junior meals and also onion rings... and chicken nuggets. Meat on burgers was very good. The burger buns were not the best or not our favorite kind but overallburgers tasted good. Fries and onion rings were very good and nuggets were just ok. Such an upgrade, the establishment looks amazing now. This places glow up was far greater than mine. ???? Clean bathrooms,... friendly service, and adorable interior (10/10). Anyway, the service was amazing: - Napkins, Yes - Sauces, Yes - Beverages,Yes; and apparently they sell Iced Coffee now!? Drove thru drive thru for lunch. Wasn?t a very long wait but got my food quick and hot !! Line was very long but moved quickly!!
Keep driving to Jack In The Box around the corner or Whataburger. Get in line. Order food. They forget a DIET coke. I try the... lobby. Doors locked. Well before 8 pm. Try calling. Number doesn?t work. Have to get behind 8 cars just to get something theyleft off my order. Finally get u there. Can I please have the medium Diet Coke ? On the way home I discover it?s Coke not Diet.Coke. Then I reheat my food to discover catsup - they repeated it back and there it is on the receipt. I wish I could give this store and the night crew a -5 stars because I am just disappointed with the night crew. I arrived at... this location at 9:40PM to grab a late night chicken snack just to be told by night crew that they already closed( clearly drivethru closes at Midnight, NOT 9:40pm!). I asked why are y?all closed early and they replied: ? we ran out of meat?. But theydidn?t run out of fried foods (Chicken, fries,nuggets, ETC) and after waiting 30mins for my order, they didn?t give me back mydebit card and didn?t notice till I got home. Now! Heading back to the store I realize night shift crew went home before 10:20pm. And only cleaning lady was left there cleaning. BK y?all need to get better night crew. That is just disappointing!!! Great prices and friendly staff. I have a walker. There is plenty of room for walkers and wheelchairs. Paula brought my food.... The young man who took our orders, I forgot his name, was so helpful and did not get impatient. Everybody, go and enjoyyourself. Read more
