Why do you advertise a 24 hour service if there's no one there? I get out of work around 3:30am and I've tried to come here... about 3 time, each time is the same. No one responds to you waiting outside, after about 5 minutes i drive forward and no one'sinside. Lights are out...EXCEPT THE "OPEN FOR 24 HOURS" AND "OPEN" SIGN! atleast have the decency to put a note out sayingyou're closed if you're closed... Read more
They have an extremely limited inventory, but not only that. I pulled up at 5am to place an order and I'm the only one in line,... yet I waited for 15-20 minutes and no one has spoken or responded. Terrible service, half done food, and all around a waste oftime based on a series of visits including this one. I finally drove up to the window to find out what's going on and learnedthey didn't have a cook. Like, is it too much to ask that they post a note on the box or even say we don't have a cook, closed,etc at the order box? Extremely unprofessional. Read more
My family and I usually go to this particular Burger King simply because it close to home and calm the majority of the time and... my boys play comfortably. Today when I took my boys with my parents we couldn't sit in the play area because it was filthy. Wecleaned a table and sat in the main dining area even though it was dirty all over. Ever since they added the new manager everything has gone down hill for that Burger King. Such a shame! We will not be returning till we see change. Read more
We use to go to this burger king all the time a couple months ago and it was really good all around. But the last time we went... they got our order wrong and before we even left we checked and the manager wanted to argue with us even though we were standingthere with the food and the receipt proving it was wrong so we waited a couple weeks and thought we would try again tonight. OMGit was horrible!!! We ordered 2 double cheeseburgers it took over 30 minutes to get my food and we were the only ones there themanager was the only one cooking while his staff stood around he apologized a lot but when we got home our order was wrong.
