Why would anyone put someone behind the register that doesn't speak English? I ordered chicken nuggets and asked what kind of... sauce do you have and she had no clue what I was talking about. I had to wait till this lady got through cooking because shespoke English. Just really bad management! I can't stand Burger King to begin with, but I was using the restroom and thought Iwould get me something to snack on. I completely give up on BK!! Read more

Had a awesome experience today. 2 guys working the drive thru was very energetic and friendly.. this location hasn?t had any... friendly people working the drive thru in a while I stopped going but today I had a taste for the BK fish!! Are you kidding me. There was probably no more between 2 to 4 ounces of liquid because there was way too much ice. You should... ease up on the ice. We are for paying for the drink, we?re not paying for the ice. I ordered this through the app and there isno way that I can make the ice adjustment. I feel that I lost out on a drink because it was just way too much ice. Read more

I ordered through drive-thru and the lady there told me to wait in front of the building to receive my items. After they handed... my food and drinks, I doubled checked my items and I realized I was missing somethings from my order. By that time the twoworkers had already went back into the building and tended to about 5 cars before I went through the drive-thru again to mentionthat I didn?t receive all my items. When I pulled up to the window I had told them about it but she told me that she couldn?t doanything without a receipt. I checked my Burger King bags if there was any sign of the receipt because they didn?t hand it tome when giving back my change. And sure enough, the receipt was no where to be found- I told them about how they didn?t give mea receipt but they didn?t want to hear anything else from me. Just kept saying no service without a receipt. I paid around $78for 2 large drinks, 2 8 pc chicken nuggets and 2 large fries to be missing from my order. I understand that the night shift wasseverely understaffed (as I only saw 2-3 workers) but it was quite a significant amount of food and drinks they were missing. Itfelt as though I was scammed out of at least $10. Read more

The food was good. My chicken nuggets were so hot and delicious the sausage was great ofcorse and my whopper was nice and... delicious. Overall I would give the food a 10/10 you should definitely get some. Read more

This place has gone downhill!! Breakfast sucks. The hashbrowns have been dry and even found a hair on one! Update 2021. Still... horrible!!! I had a mobile order and still had to be pulled to front and wait!!! THIS IS NOT A FRANCHISE. ITS INDEPENDENTLYOWNED!!! Read more

First if all the customer service is bad. Drive thru employee was rude. Talked as though she didn't want to be bothered. Not my... fault the line was long. Ordered the 2 for $10 special and got 1 crispy chicken sandwich and one spicy chicken sandwich.Needless to say the customer service matches the food. BAD!! The piece of chicken is thin and it was extremely overcooked to thepoint it was burnt. The batter looks burnt and taste burnt. If I didn't live so far away I would have taken it back for arefund. I will never eat at this location again. Not the first time food has been overcooked and dry, but burnt. How can yousell food like this. Wish I could give 0 stars. Read more
