Everytime I go to this burger king service is fast and amazing friendly workers and they are fun to talk with
To BAD I have to even give them a 1 star rating!! After making an order thru the app to get to the store to find out they are... closed bc they have been flooded!! Not the issue, my issue is that the manager (female with crazy eyes) was asked 3 times how doI get my refund??? She states I don't know how to do that!!! Okay let me speak to the other manager, no ma'am he's busy! Okay sowhat do I do about my refund once more?? I don't know, I don't know how to do that!!!! Ma'am what's your name?? Liars!!! They say 24 hour drive thru but they are closed?!? Really? I don't do business with liars. I suggest everyone take... their hard earned money and go somewhere else. Read more
You get our mailbox full of your coupons but then you don?t accept more than 2 , you make us go again through the drive thru and... then told us we can?t use two coupons because it?s same product. Does it have any sense ? Never happened to me in other burgerkings. Managers are just decoration btw , cant solve a silly problem and know NOTHING about customer service. Read more
Giving 2 stars because despite all the mess ups they are always pretty nice. Ordered a cheddar bacon king meal (along with two... other meals) and 3 packs of (8 for 1$) nuggets with ranch. *hardly anycheese or bacon. And forgot the nuggets completely. Notmad just disappointed, lovely ladies though. Thats burger king for ya. Read more
I like this Burger King on Little York. My Mustard Whooper was delicious and loaded with condiments. The contemporary dining... room is clean and well appointed. They have a large table for groups or big families. There is a play area for children. In thepast, I awarded this BK five ????s. In my last visit, the dine-in services was rather slow. The dining room was not that busy,but I had to wait ten minutes for a simple Whopper Combo. Read more
