While going through the drive through, the guy couldn't hear me so I pulled up to the window. As I was trying to order from the... window, the manager told me I could NOT order from the window. I would have to either go back through the drive through or comeinside. SoI waited for the two cars in front of me to leave So I could go inside.I asked since it was their fault I had to gothrough the line again, could he give me a discount for the wait. He said NO. This location is down right ridicules, staff acts like their doing you a favor. They are rude and I recommend that you do not go... through drive thru. Go inside and get your food and make sure you check it before you leave to make sure it's right and to yourliking. Read more
Number 2 with jalapeños is my favorite taste good but there bread is way too thick fries are thicker so u get less portion
I saw this Burger King located on Aldine Mail Route@ the Eastex Fwy while I was visiting the Social Security Administration... office nearby. I like the clean, contemporary dining room. The cashier was friendly, service was prompt and the food wasgood. The BK app offers a number of special offers. My favorite is the Whopper Combo meal for $5 + tax. Read more
Ok, so I stopped at this Burger King King the way home and I ordered the 2 for $6 Whopper sandwiches as the receipt entails and... this is what I got. I asked for heavy pickle, cheese, no tomato, mustard only. As you can see in the picture I got three littlebitty rings of onions, three slices of pickles, no cheese and let's see, oh ya a dab of mustard on the whatever lettuce is onthe crown bun. Yes, both sandwiches were the same. If this is how you run a business or have people running your business, itshould be run into the ground pretty quick. No need to worry about me ever entering or driving through your establishment again.Piss poor service. The only reason you get one star is do that I can post this here. Read more
I LOVE BK... This location SUCKED. Employees were just meh. The food was meh.. fries were not cooked all the way, our order was... wrong, and the coke machine was 90% empty and broken. The staff were notified and seemed to already be aware but did not care.DO NOT GET THE TACO. The meat is a weird slop that I wouldn't give my dog and the cheese is just a slice of cheese.
