I just ordered a ghost wooper, tru the app, so I went to the drive thru, I got the wrong buns, (it's was just a regular wooper)... and they didn't say anything when they give to me, so I turned around to take back those wooper buns, and again I told them theI got the wrong hamburger, they just say; we run out of the ghost wooper buns, so they need to update the app, that way I couldjust go to another location, I'm very upset, I just going to quit buying here, I'm going to whataburger. They take way too long to make an order .I shouldn?t have to wait 40 minutes for fast food
This restaurant is very consistent with there orders. THEY CONSISTENTLY GET IT WRONG! Horrendous food quality. This location... will serve old food. Trying to get a refund from BK is a maze of emails and a complete waste of your time. Go somewhere else ifyou want to receive what you order and prefer clean food. Read more
This specific location is the worst. It hilarious how they run this place. I ordered through drive through and the lady taking... my order was sooo ghetto no manners at all. When I got to the window to pay as soon as they opened the window black smoke wascoming out of that small window. Literally looked like the black smoke that comes out of a chimney. I then see a hand pop out inrequest of my card. I asked if everything was okay in there and the lady answered " we just makin yo fuu" after paying her I putmy window up as the smoke was coming inside my car. That was one occasion. My food looked like it was dropped and then put backtogether. Fries were okay. Then on another occasion I ordered again through the drive through the experience was better but whenI got to the window to pay. I saw how nasty the employees were inside. Dirty, dirty, dirty. Pants sagging mid thigh, hair notgroomed or controlled, extremely long nails and fries and some lettuce and BK paperbag everywhere. Not clean at all. Read more
Please change this location?s management before it closes permanently. This is the first fast food restaurant I?ve been to that... is out of french fries. They had to substitute the fries to onion rings. Also, I was the only one in the drive thru and theystill got my order wrong. I got the wrong drink and they added tomatoes and onions to my burger when instructed not to. Read more

This Burger King has been here a long time and used to be very nice. Over the past few years it wasn?t nearly as good but it... seems to be doing better. I have been here twice in the past week and both times the drive through was efficient and friendly.There?s a much better group of people working here now it seems. Read more
Never coming here again. Should have read the reviews. Came here at 11 no one else was in drive-thru. Wanted to order the Ghost... Pepper Whopper, and I received a plain patty with lettuce, tomatoes, mayonnaise, and buns. My husband had to drive all the wayback because they wouldn?t answer their calls. Same thing they told a previous customer, ?we ran out of buns.? A simplecommunication and focusing on work wouldn?t cause customers to have to drive back and do someone else?s work. Fast food becauseit?s a quick grab. The food tasted and looked old and not even hot to the touch. Very disappointed & disgusted. Read more
