This location is horrible. I'm not sure who hires at this place but the workers are so rude, they don't care that they're there... working. They basically just show up. You can't get a hello or thank you. I have to repeat thank you on purpose. They have anattitude, and when they get the order wrong, no one EVER ANSWERS the phone. EVER. Then when you show up in person, they said,you should have called right away and cannot get my order fixed. I have other things to do than to drive back all the way there.The problem with the incompetent employees at this location has been for over 5 years. Corporate doesn't seem to care. I havemade multiple calls with the treatment I've received and they said I"ll get a call back but NEVER do. I see all these other badreviews and realize it's many costumers. It's such a shame. I always thought BK's taste always beat McDonalds and Whataburger,etc. But with the attitude these BK employees have, BK continues to go downhill. If I could give this place no stars TRUST me I would. I walked in and stood there for at least 5 minutes until the guy came from... the back. He had glasses and a bunch of tattoos. He stood at the register and played music and text. I got his attention andthen he decided to take my order. Smh. The manager wasn't no better. She just looked like she's waiting on a ride. Also, theyoung lady came from the bathroom don't know if she washed her hands and give me my food with an attitude. I see you have a nowhiring sign out. Well, I see way because the employees are very unprofessional. From there attire to their customer service. Idefinitely will be contacting corporate because this is ridiculous. My last visit was so bad, me mand my family just walked outwithout even ordering. If I didn't want those onion rings so bad I promise you I wouldn't have went to that place. Read more
Just left this location and everyone was standing around, yes, it was slow at the time but there's always work to do the lobby... was filthy and sticky.. Someone could've been trying to mop instead of standing around. The only one doing their job was theyoung lady on the drive through she's the only reason I gave three stars because her customer service was great didn't get hername but I just left 3/27/22 3:20ish. Wanted to try the new whopper melt. Drive thru took more than 20 minutes (Friday around 5pm), which was disappointing. But,... the whopper melt and the small fries were good and liked them. Whopper melt looked smaller than the regular whopper but wasstill filling. Food was worth waiting for but just wish this fast food had been faster. Read more
Visit this location 603 FM 1960 on 08-20-21. Worst customer service ever! They refuse to let me talk to a manager! Waited 20... minutes in the drive thru for someone to come help me but they were all hiding behind the kitchen. Nobody tried to fix thesituation or apologized for being rude. If you have to go to a BK please go to a different location. Never will I stop hereagain! Read more

Playground is supposed to be for 4-9 I wouldn't suggest it to 10 year olds. Nice environment! Not a goodplace to use the bathroom. The bathroom actually gives me the bad vibes.
