Ordered through drive through and at the window I asked for some picante sauce for my burrito. I was informed they were out of... that and jelly. I stated that I wish I would have known before ordering and the so called manager just looked at me and shruggedher shoulders. I decided to go inside as I was not happy and wanted a refund. Upon entering I hear her talking about me to thenext customer in the drive through. When I ask her why she was talking about me to another customer she started to argue. I'mvery embarrassed for myself and the whole situation. I work down the street and come to this location often. That will nowchange!!! That had to be one of the most embarrassing moments at a fast food place and for her to defend her actions was beyondme and also to state she was manager made it even more ridiculous!!! Read more
I have a survey coupon for a meal. Buy S/M/L fries and drink, get a free whopper. The cashiers are being selfish and greedy,... charging me extra. If I could, I would give it zero 0 stars. Read more
Sat in the drive through for the past 15 minutes and no one would help. Seen several employees walk from the back to peak out... but none said anything. If there?s a reason they?re not taking orders it be nice if there was a note or something. Burger King was really good today. Decided to go inside and eat. The tables were clean; restroom was clean, (needed toilet... paper) the order in and order out was quick. Food was hot and the fries filled up the container. Cashier was polite. Read more
employees on their phones in front of customers, machines arent working so dont expect a receipt. old fries and employees dont... listen to what you want . nothing is stocked so dont forget to ask for a lid and straws. Read more
Outstanding Service! Kevin C. took my order and he had a Super positive attitude. He was Super Friendly, Nice and Polite. The... drive through line moved very quickly with little to no wait. Where do I start? The Whopper we ordered was still pink and rubbery in the middle. Their drivethru night employees need more... training on being common courtesy, not take 5 min to give you your order because they are laughing and having a conversationamongst themselves and lack common sense.
