Ordered through drive through and at the window I asked for some picante sauce for my burrito. I was informed they were out of... that and jelly. I stated that I wish I would have known before ordering and the so called manager just looked at me and shruggedher shoulders. I decided to go inside as I was not happy and wanted a refund. Upon entering I hear her talking about me to thenext customer in the drive through. When I ask her why she was talking about me to another customer she started to argue. I'mvery embarrassed for myself and the whole situation. I work down the street and come to this location often. That will nowchange!!! That had to be one of the most embarrassing moments at a fast food place and for her to defend her actions was beyondme and also to state she was manager made it even more ridiculous!!! Read more

Sat in the drive through for the past 15 minutes and no one would help. Seen several employees walk from the back to peak out... but none said anything. If there?s a reason they?re not taking orders it be nice if there was a note or something.
