I ordered the the deal two for $5.99 a Whopper Jr fries and a chicken sandwich with fries and a drink I was told I had to buy... two in order to get the price for the 599 when I got my order it was just one single order for $15 and she didn't give me myreceipt I have been to Burger King several times and got the two for $5 whopper or Burger it's always two for the price of onethey charged me for the price of two and only gave me one order and no receipt I believe they are scanning and conning people Iwon't be going back the only reason I didn't ask for a refund is because I'm always scared someone's going to spit in my foodand she didn't give me no receipt and I was hungry so I just said forget it but it won't happen again Read more

This restaurant is trash! The customer service is horrible and that includes the manager. I was given the hardest time about... returning cold food that I paid for. It is absolutely ridiculous and a shame to the Burger King brand. Burger King needs to shutdown this restaurant because it is an embarrassment! (Please contact if you will.) Read more

They took a long time to take my order at the speaker. I waited 15 minutes behind someone that only got a small bag and drink.... When I got to the window she had my order wrong and didn't even have what I ordered. Read more

This is the worst Burger King in Houston they take forever to make 1 burger and the service is so bad and workers are rude.... After waiting 15 minutes to take my order nobody responded never going there again I don?t recommend this place. Read more

Took almost 30 minutes to get my order.Then the guy at the register catches an attitude because he's speaking so low and I told... him I couldn't hear him.Slow a$$ service and bad attitude is what I got. Read more

The employees was very unprofessional and the service was poor. I had waited in line for a decent amount of time for there to... only be 1 other car in the drive thru. Then I was shorted a cheddar bite on my order. When I went back thru the line to let themknow and possible order another meal they kept telling me they was ready to take my order then proceeded to ask me to wait, thiscontinued several times before I finally gave up and let them know just how pathetic their services was before pulling away,leaving very unsatisfied by the whole experience. Customer service was awful first of all!! The guy that took my order could barely talk bc he was chewing gum. My order was... given to me after 3 or 4 drive thru orders passed by !! Come on. This location needs to be closed down if it's not going tohave machines fixed and the location cleaned in the dine in area. As well as to let ppl sleep in there. They don't know how tocommunicate with orders. First and last time going there!! Not recommended! If I could give NO stars that would the score tothis location. Ate some of the food but it wasn't as great for them to take soo long. Threw away the rest. Read more
