My family loves Burger King. They have great offers and discounts in their app, which we utilize almost always! My only issue... with them is that they only allow 1 sauce per 8 nuggets and if you want anymore sauces, they charge you . 27¢ each! I'm surethis sounds petty to some, but the McDonald's right up the street from Burger King charges just . 10¢ per sauce. I'm J. S.,.27¢ is a little much. This location is easy to get to right on the freeway. Got a number 2 as usual. My burger was fresh and just like I ordered it.
Just bad service! Waited at the speaker for someone to take my order. When there was no one responding, I pulled around to the... window. The employee at the window proceeded to take my order and when I asked for a chicken sandwich, she said. ?Oh you?ll haveto go back through the drive thru because we don?t have any chicken ready?? I just left because I could have ordered at thewindow and pulled around to the front to wait on the food, but her attitude was just uncalled for. Read more
I got lost on my way back from work due to blocked roads and a dead cell phone. The kind staff members lended me a charger and... demonstrated excellent professionalism, understanding, and patience. This Burger King is attached to a gas station. Been here a few times for lunch. Never had issues with employees not being... friendly but the wait at the counter has been longer then desired. The food has come out in a timely manor. The dining area hasalways needed to be cleaned, dirty tables, floor, drink area. The kitchen looks to be the cleanest area. I like the openkitchen. I hate being charged for a water cup when I?m buying a $5 burger. Read more
