Yall burnt my fish sandwich and didn't add the cheese that I paid for. So after waiting in that line and being late to work. I have been here early each Saturday morning for the last three weeks. The staff have been great. Polite, quick and on the... ball. The down side is Burger King it's self. As a company their breakfast food is warm at best. Their breakfastsandwichs are not even hot enough to melt the cheese that's on them. I travel alot and this is not just a single storeproblem, it's all BK's. It does not matter if it's a BK in NY, FL, TX, CA, WA or someplace in between the breakfast food isjust warm at best. So if you dont mind luke warm food, the staff at this store are great, polite and will get it to you quick. Read more
I came here to order for my kids and i and deeply regretted coming here a few minutes before they were closing. They gave me... food thats been siting up for hours that i couldnt eat nor let my kids eat. If I could've put zero I would. Let's start with there was a child about 3 years old walking around the prep station with NO... shoes on. After I received my food 30 minutes later, the order was wrong. I told the young man and he did his best to try tocorrect the problem. The other workers stood there as if he was talking to himself. He finally got through to one of them, andas you can see from the pictures how my food looked. Of course, who would eat this trash. I asked to speak to the manager whopretended to busy with the drive thru, and yes I said pretended. There was not one car at the window. I asked again to speakwith the manager and the young man again tried to help. At that time the manager did the unthinkable, talked about me in Spanishassuming that because I am black I was unaware of what was being said. Once, I informed her of me knowing what she was sayingeverything changed. I asked nicely 4 times for my money. She said she didn't see anything wrong with the food and said no.
