Came today on Sunday at this hour 9pm. Online it says it?s open & at the door it says it?s open inside till 10pm drive thru till... 11pm.. the whole location was closed. I was at drivethru for a couple of minutes and no one said anything? finally decided tojust walk in when I noticed door was locked and an employee from inside just told me they were close ? worst experience so far! Wish there were negative stars to give!Absolutely the worst costumer service ever! Only one other customer in front of me and it... took 15 minutes to get my food. The woman at the window was one of the worst as well if not the worst. On her cell phone thewhole time and never said a word to me just handed me my bag at the end. One of the worst locations in the area. Always closing 1 to 2 hours early, or nobody is there to work, or not taking orders... right now. Sooooo many issues. When I do get the food it is ok. When I get it! Read more
I order chicken fries and half the chicken inside isn?t even full size. Additionally, the amount of chicken pcs didn?t even... equal what they have on the menu. I went there 5:00 pm 4/6/2022. Love the food (fresh and made-to-order), but the service is hit-or-miss. There have been instances (yes, more than one) when... I've had to contact the manager because something was wrong with my order. However, to her credit, she rectified the situationby replacing the food on a future visit at no charge to me (I held on to my receipt). Overall, this location remains my go-towhen I desire that unique flame-broiled taste! Read more
