It was so awful. This place needs to be closed down. Waited over 40 minutes in line. They never changed the prices on their... board. Did not tell you while ordering, no sauces,no ketchup. It has been awhile since I had been there, thought it would havegotten better, to find it was only worse. To top it off the person taking the order said he was manager. Stated he was notaware that board had not been changed. If you are going to operate a food establishment, especially fast food, you should havewhat is needed. I ordered a Whopper and they charged me for some sort of Texas double Whopper that had bacon on it and I hate bacon bacon is... disgusting. They charged me for a Coke even though I got water. I tried calling to complain and they can't even answer theirphones. Would not go back. Read more
I was waiting on line for 18 minutes just to get to the speaker and tell them I was there to pick up my food. Another 6 minutes... at the window and they gave me someone else's order. Then they didn'thave my order. The parking lot had 2 vehicles and 3 in thedrive thru. With my self included. Then I still have wait more to get the 2nd burger. I apologize for this expression, but I fail an experiment and failed a branch I entered at the beginning when I entered the... restaurant. The manager was talking on the phone, a private call that is not a request and did not qualify me. I stood for awhile. I saw the employee behind the counter carrying the piece of meat Hamburger in his hand without paws and without forceps,and this is a very disgusting thing. I apologized and I went out quickly. This is the worst Burger King location I?ve been to. The last time i came, the workers told me they were taking a break and... weren?t taking orders. Today I had to wait 10 minutes just to get someone to greet and take my order and am still waiting 30minutes later to get someone to take my payment and get my food.. as I?m waiting I?m hearing them say that after the 2 carsbehind me they are done taking orders.. it?s 9:36 pm. If I could give no stars, I would. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and it tasted like It was fried not once or twice but like... three times. The chicken was so dark. I used to work at a fast food and when the color of a food looks like that, it's due tothe oil not being changed when it supposed to. I've had many spicy chicken sandwiches from this location and they were good, butwhat I received today was not it. I?m very disappointed. The guy behind the counter Henry was A1 with our order and his... customer service game was excellent like Michael Jordan shooting a jumper.
