They gave us raw whoppers all of them just now 7:45pm the meat was red in inside of the patties not even cooked !!! We tried... calling quiet a few times no answer to inform them because I'm sure we weren't the only people with that problem I'm suresomeone else will get sick because of this. Came to the drive thru. I was the first in line and she told me to wait a sec. 10 minutes later she asks the car on the other... lane to take her order. Next thing I know she?s taking 5 more cars orders before me and I?m still waiting in line for her totake my order. That?s messed up I?m not coming back to this Burger King ever again. Lady is rude. The manager and crew here is awesome. They treat you like family or friends. I noticed that repeat customers knowing not only... the employees' names but knowing personal things like family and where they grew up. I will definitely be back. Food isexcellent too! Read more
I rarely stop at any fast food restaurants and I can only compare this Burger King located at Federal Rd. and I-10 East with the... BK on Kirby in West University Place next to River Oaks. Stopping in for a quick bite on my way back into Houston (5:30-6:00pm),I can say that the Federal Rd Burger King was modern, very clean and the food was cooked well as expected... in comparison tothe West U/River Oaks location. They had a pretty Decent stream of customers coming in while I was there and Alex, the Manageron Duty seemed like he was too busy (which he was) to help me understand how the BK app works when I wanted to redeem rewardsbefore they expired...never said a word however, the cashier kind of helped me figure it out and I was able to exchange rewardpoints for a free Whopper and drink so I'm happy. THIS PLACE IS TRASH. I ORDERED 2 SMALL BACON CHEESBURGERS AT THE DRIVE THRU INTERCOM. I FORGOT TO ORDER A MED DRINK SO I ASK THE... GUY AT THE WINDOW BEFORE I HAND HIM MY DEBIT CARD. HIS REPLY WAS THAT THE MANAGER NEEDS ME TO DRIVE AROUND THE STORE AND ORDERMY DRINK AFTER MAKING A FULL CIRCLE NOT AS IM PAYING AND GRABBING MY BURGER.
