This place has horrible customer service and they can't make your food right. I ordered an online order and they said they... didn't have the order and that they don't accept online orders after 10pm. I showed them the online order and she looked at mewith a blank stare and advised she would not be honoring the order and if I had a problem to contact customer service. I am sofrustrated at how she treated me, but she wasn't worth me going off on. All I would say is don't waist your money at thislocation!!!! Read more
Cheeseburgers were luke warm and onion were rings had set in warming bin for to long. Did not recirve a reciet. Order cast $12 &... some change. My total for price Manger quoted me $2.59 for the doubles so 3 x $2.59 = $7.77 and $1 onion rings so total $8.88 tax is 8.25% $0.72 so grand total should have been $9.60 this is not the 1st complaint on this Burger King. No wonder people donot trust people, there was no reason to lie to us. Once we questioned the manager about this she should have just admitted themistake and offered to do a refund for the differance or maybe a couple of medium drinks. I will never eat at this BK there isone closer to us. Stealing from customers is not cool. Giving each customer is part of the job and manager should have beentrained better than that. Shame on you! I don?t like writing bad reviews?but here goes: As far as fast food burgers I like the flame broiled flavor of Burger King. I... had been dieting, and decided to finally grab a burger. I had even passed by numerous other delicious food establishments toland at the Copperfield BK. Got the ?New Southwest Bacon Whopper?. The burger was dry, bun was not ver fresh?and the guacamolewas flavorless. Actually the whole burger was flavorless. Even my iced tea was could be called sweetish because it certainlywas not sweet. Haven't been to this location in a while but had an iffy situation earlier today. The ordering process was a bit rude, but as a... fellow fast food employee I could understand maybe today wasn't a good day. We pull up, nice and quick but were only given a bagof food and it seemed much less than what we normally get. The lady didn't give us the receipt so we weren't really sure ifthey even charged us for the stuff we were missing. The employee seemed to just give up, got a manager and he spoke to usinstead. He seemed stressed and curt, crumbling the receipt instead of handing it to us. When my mother pointed out he did heundid it and looked at the order. Essentially missing our fries with our meals, and the person who took my order didn't correctme when I said frozen hiC (which he gave me as an option). In the end we got everything situated. Really put us off thislocation which sucks as we used to like the place a lot as kids. Maybe this was a one time thing but would rather not take thechance. Read more
This location was recently COMPLETELY remodeled. It is no longer a dark, dreary, dirty location. It is now bright with lots of... windows and light. It is very clean and still small, but was plenty of seating available when we went for lunch. Very helpfulstaff and expedient service, even with a special order. I would highly recommend this Burger King location. Read more
I want to try they new ch'king to see if it was as good as popeyes and it's not for me first it had to much of that sauce on it... and it was nasty to me wasnt as big as popeyes. It was juice just had no flavor at all so I want eat it again. Read more
They renovated the whole restaurant but you come in with kids and the play area is closed...so what is the point of having one... then if you don't open it?? Read more
