Bad service the fat manager with her ugly piercing on her place can?t even have a good customer service. I passed by 10pm and... they never took my order on the speaker pulled up to the window I asked nicely if I could order there because I waited 5 min for someone to take make order at the speaker she told me you have to go back to order with a bad attitude. I don't know what happened to this restaurant, the customer service it's super slow, the order takes too long to be made. And... most of the employees are very rude or in a bad mood because mostly they seem to be under staffed. Read more
Fourth bk I drove to get some burgers and all 4 have issues which all took less than one hour. The hell can I get some food for... the family. It?s Saturday and busy night but in this location. Was here at this burger king on Sat.. had not been to a burger king for over 8 years. Bought food for my parents and myself and... was the worst thing ever starting with the food then the service that the women team lead offered end of story I regretsspending my hard earned $$38 here. We got 2 of those new quarter pound burgers and there was so much mayo on them that I couldn't eat the burger without taking it... off. I squeezed it a little to show how much comes out, but dang. Other than this they usually have better service than theMcDonald's across the street. Read more
I USUALLY Won't Review Establishments with Less than Stellar Experiences, BUT This Location was SO Particularly HORRID Until I... could Not in Good Conscience Negate Warning Other Potential VICTIMS (and I Use THAT term rather Selectively). My Burger wasPrepared Wrong and after paying Extra for EXTRA Cheese that I didn't receive, they Proceeded to take my Burger BACK through theDrive-Thru Window, handed to someone else (through 3 sets of hands Actually???????????) to place the Cheese on my Burger, whichis now Cold from the 10 mins that have elapsed for me to return (admittedly my fault as I should've checked before leaving). Allthe while, I was Exclaiming and Pleading with them to just make a fresh Burger (so that I wouldn't have Cold Cheese refusing tomelt on a Cold Meat), which was refused by the Manager, after being TRANSLATED in ENGLISH by the Drive-Thru Attendant (U Can'tMake This Up!)! After Also Being Told that it was MY FAULT.... NOT that They Didn't Hear, BUT Rather that I DIDN'T SAY "TEXAS"Double Whopper (Which I Clearly Did, More than Once), Which COMES With Cheese (Thus the Request for "EXTRA CHEESE"). As if itcouldn't get any better, I'd Also asked for "Extra Mayo" (which they Translated as "More Mayo".... Tomato/Tom?to, Right?WRONG!), so Happens That Means they CANCEL Ur Ketchup and Mustard??????????????????????. So After Retrieving My Burger (Yes,Because Apparently REFUND wasn't One of my Given Options... at least not in English), I Politely Took the Cold Burger and Slicesof Cheese, Thanked them and Exited. I figured My Best Recourse is to Warn Those of U who may be Unsuspecting the Treasure Trovethat Awaits U at This Burger King Location! The ????Were Fresh Though, and the 3rd time that I repeated "Light Ice" (at theSpeaker TWICE and then the Window) after they'd made one FULL of ????, they remade my Root Beer Which was Good! We bought 2 whoppers to go , the promotion 2x6 but the old man sneezed twice right at the hamburgers while he was putting them... inside the bag. Even know he was using a black mask, That action seem disgusting for us. So yes we took them with us but inour way home we decide to throw them away. Read more
