Horrible customer service. Today at 8:49pm the moment we began to order thru the drive thru the employee had a terrible... attitude. The screen was not working and we asked her to repeat the order to which she got upset and said ?that she knew whatshe was doing? we never said she didn?t know. All we wanted was to confirm that the order was right (they usually mess up theorders as well). Then as pulled up to the window it turns out that this was the manager of the establishment. Once at the windowwe asked another employee to give us cup holders and she yelled at us to wait. Almost all BK have poor service but it was neverto this level. Customers come for the food and pay not to ask for free. They really need to do something about this service atthis location bc customers shouldn?t be yelled at or have the window slammed on their face just by telling these two women to bemore polite to customers. We usually don?t leave reviews but after this experience we had to say it bc it happens ALL THE TIME. Read more
The Whopper & fries were hot, and the Diet Coke was cold. Why, then is my rating so low, you may be wondering. There were 4 cars... in front of me, so I knew I'd have a bit of a wait. It took twenty-five minutes (I didn't start looking at my watchimmediately.) for the car in front of me to get to the window, BUT their food wasn't ready! The food finally was handed out,another wait for the drinks, another wait for straws to be delivered, then a shorter wait for another straw. WAIT FOR IT --another wait for one more drink to be handed out of the window -- a straw followed quickly behind. My turn, at last! Of coursemy food wasn't ready, but it was hot when I finally got it. A hot Whopper - great? Not so much - I ordered a Mustard Whopper,but got a Whopper with mayonnaise, a condiment I dislike. Did I go around back when I bit into a Mayonnaise Whopper? Ordered a 5 peace French toast sticks and coffee. Checked my food in the parking lot, my sticks were cold and coffee room... temperature. I went back through the drive through and asked for hot French toast sticks. Well I assumed that everything was ok.But I was wrong. I received 3 sticks instead of 5. Ordered whopper meal for two with coupon 9041 and received a totally different order. The sandwich doesn?t look like the one on... the coupon. See pictures. Would never return to this place again. Read more
I hate this Burger King. I come here sometimes at night when options are limited. Every time I order, the food is either cold or... inedible. My beef burgers are always old & cold while the Chicken burgers are dark & hard to bite, meatless patties. You can seethe patty in the photo. Don't they see the way it looks before serving the damn food to customers???? Read more
I went there and the main door was locked but all the lights were on. So i tried the side door and it was unlocked. I went... inside and said "hello". Up pop 2 employees from the dining booths. They were either sleeping or hiding. So turned around andleft. Maybe BK needs to pay them more or hire better employees. Read more
