I did a mobile order. And I was at the location by my house. But the app had this location instead of my location. So what I... made the order it was at the wrong store. About 10 mi away from each other. The order was only for chicken nuggets. $2. Theywould not cancel the order. Or they would not allow me to come pick to order up the next day. I don't like businesses that treatpeople in a very negative way. It was only $2 I understand. But that is $2 but they should have let me get back the next day.They did not take care of me. Read more
Our order was wrong so the manager came out with the correct one after my mom had taken back the wrong one & said "the workers... are crazy, they're always on their phone and they have been giving wrong orders all day." only went here because it's theclosest to our house but service sucks. Went through the drive thru I ordered a number 1 with no onions and no tomatoes with a Dr Pepper and an 8 piece nugget. Menu... board shows price for a small number one as $7.99 plus $1.00 for a medium upgrade total should have been $8.99 for this meal butmy receipt shows they charged me $9.99. Also I did not ask for cheese because I'm allergic to it but there's cheese covering myburger. Read more
So I got a whopper meal and 2 Oreo shakes for my kids I checked my order before driving off fries were not fresh I asked for... fresh fries the guy at the drive thru window told me next time ask when placing your order for fresh fries???? Stopped by for takeout. Got a couple Whopper Juniors and some fries. Food was good, especially the burgers were great. Fries... were cooked well but I wish they had been a little warmer. Service was fast and courteous. Glad I came! Read more
Been here many times because it?s the closest place to eat by my job. The food is ALWAYS cold and the bread is always hard. I... just went through the drive through and told them politely through the drive thru if they can please make sure my food is hotbecause it?s always cold. They said okay. I get my food and the bread is hard and the burger is cold. Horrible. They ?made? me anew one, but all they did was heat it up in the microwave. I know because I made a hole in the bread showing them how hard thebun was and I got the same burger back. Dont ever come here. Read more
