I was so excited to get this BBW. Today I ordered and did pickup. I got uncooked fried pickles. If they don't have enough... staff to produce a quality standard product, the area/district managers need to be fired. They are not giving the store managerthe tools they need to be successful. The wings were not tossed, the sauce was just globbed on. The ranch was not BBW ranch. AND the item I was craving was horrible. My first visit, will be the last. Read more
Left on hold for 10 min. Callback several times. When I got there it was not busy they were sitting down on there cell phones.... Also she couldn?t find my order I had to re order the girl was rude Read more
Great tasting food cooked to perfection. The fries were the best I?ve had at any bdubs well seasoned. Will definitely come back.
You?d think this place would fulfill their takeout orders if they?re a BWW Go location, but that?s unfortunately not the case.... I?ve had their wings when I dined in there once and they did the job, but this time I ordered online to pick up and paid extrafor all drums and they gave me mixed pieces?with more flats at that. I?m not looking for exceptional taste especially if it?stakeout but like come on?it?s not cool when you paid extra. Upon thinking, I?d still give it two stars instead of one becausethe taste wasn?t a problem. Read more

Honestly, I really thought this had better customer service than it had. I've been multiple times to this location. The food has... been well cooked and you definitely get the flavors and heat you ask for. They great on allowing you to mix flavors and usingdry rub flavors on the fries. That's the really unique part about them, when I've sat in other restaurants you just don't getthat kind of careful customization. The bad part is you really have to pay attention to your bill and what they are charging youfor, on more than one occasion the wing types (boneless or bone-in) have been incorrect or you may have ordered everythingseparately instead of a combo meal like you thought, then since combos as it is plainly visible on their menu come with a sideof vegetables (carrots and celery- like wingstop except half quantity) and it is almost always forgotten. I need something tobreak the meat sweats from all that chicken and then they tried to explain a few times how I had to pay extra for that eventhough it was part of the combo deal. They have righted the wrongs but for it to be so often I wonder why their training is notbetter as far as point of sale. Read more
