Wings are ok. Waitress tried her best, she really did, bringing us salt and lime when we asked, but the guac is absolutely... tasteless even when we added that in ourselves. 0 star guac. Probably my most unsatisfying dining experience I had. This was my first time ever trying out BWW - and I wasn't impressed with... what they offered. The service was decent but I have noticed they are completely understaff as one of the waiter had to clean upmultiple tables, but nobody was in their booth checking us in. So we had to wait a while for the waiter to clean up. We did hadto wait for approximately 5 minutes. But the place had a weird odor and the cleanliness was down bad. Now despite their focuson cleaning up the tables where we were sitting, I would have to say that they didn't do a decent job of doing that as therewere some trash left at the floor and even a used up headwear in the floor right next to where we sat. I'm surprised they didn'tnoticed it. Additionally the menu was too used up and covered with dried up sauce from the previous customer. It was reallyunsanitary that I almost lost appetite and was even close to inform that we need to leave. But it was late so it's best that westay and hope for the best. Also, the staffs who worked there was quite a liability due to the slowness of serving our drinks,despite the emptiness of the establishment(we waited 10 minutes) and the food process was even slower(additional 35 minutes). Inother words, we were not being attended. And even if we called them, they ignored us. Our experience with the customer servicewas really mediocre. But let's talk about the food. All of us ordered the wings, with different sauce and some ordered sides.My opinion with the wings(teriyaki wings) was not bad but I didn't expect the sauce to be spicy and the chicken itself wasbland. decent place to watch the game and get wings. service can be slow on game day with the crowds. it took over 40min to get our... wings at around 2pm and the fries came out overdone 10 min after that. the wings were pretty good but the service was slowwithout any hussle. parking was difficult even with most other businesses closed on Sunday. Everyone here is rude. Friday night empty not busy at all been waiting for about 40+ minutes! Ridiculous I ordered with enough... time to drive over here for my food. Initially I felt that the place was short-staffed as the bartender was waiting tables, cleaning tables, serving drinks, etc. ... Eventually I saw some more waiters, waitresses, etc. We ordered an appetizer and drinks to start. The bartender didn't seem toknow how to make the drinks and they didn't have whiskey sour mix. My boyfriend ordered bourbon and diet coke and she askedwhat kind of Bourbon and she mentioned Jameson. The appetizer came quickly. We ordered wings and another appetizer. Theappetizer came in a decent amount of time, but the wings took awhile. All of those things I overlooked, but the end was theworst part. We received the bill after the 20% off reward. Our bill was approximately $60 something of which $26.50 was fordrinks. The coupon was supposed to be 20% off $25 with max of $15 off, but doesn't include alcohol. The discount said $2.05. I'm not a math genious, but I'm good at math. The minimum amount for the discount according to the coupon would be $5. It'snot rocket science. I mentioned something to another waitress and she took it to our waitress/bartender. She took at least 15minutes to come to our table and ask what was wrong with the bill. I explained and she said that the 20% is only off of thefood. I know this. But I told her that our food purchase was over $30. She still didn't understand and took another 10 minutesto get a manager. He came and we explained to him and after another 10 minutes he adjusted the bill and stated he had no ideahow that happened. Also I informed him that the prices on the menu that was given to us were less than the charges on the bill. This is the 3rd time going to this location. What is the point of ?checking? the bags for your customers if you?re not actually checking the order? Requested all flats and... didn?t get them. Asked for extra ranch and got 2 extra half cups to equal the other half cups which might as well just equate totwo full cups. Is ranch very sparse there? I don?t mind paying more but I at least expect a full serving of it. Ridiculous andjust disappointed. Not driving all the way back to fix it either. Read more
