Came in around 11:30 pm after work last night which was on the Tuesday buy one get one half off special. No host so we sat... ourselves. There was not one clean table or booth in the whole place except over by the bar. There were two tables that werefolded up for cleaning I guess, in the front. Dirty cleaning towels were hanging from chairs. There were five people in front ofthe house dining, one couple who came in after us and another table of three. There was probably five people at the bar in theback. We tried to seat ourselves but like I said, there were no clean tables in the front of the house, we were tired and wanteda booth to sit in. The bar tables are not as comfortable. We had to flag someone down to wipe down the seat of a booth becausethere was some kind of liquid all over it. We finally got to order our food, hungry from not eating lunch at work because wework at a nearby hospital, but after 45 minutes, our order never arrived so we left and left money for our two drinks. Therewere like 10 customers total in the entire place, so I don't know why it took over 45 minutes to cook 24 wings and a basket offries. The food never came, so we left in fear of what was going to come out of the kitchen. Wasted an hour there for nothingand still left hungry. You guys need to close down. Read more
No customer service, had a Togo order bc I already know the service here sucks. Now the packaging is terrible. Had to ask for an... extra bag bc they overstuffed one and all the food was coming out the side. The food quality has gone down too. Sad bc this usedto be a nice location but the last two years everything has gone down. Oh! Tried to use the restroom? dirty, toilet seats notclean? no locks on the door. I walked right back out.also if you ordered a side of carrots, they give it to you in a plasticsandwich bag. Read more
Service was very pitiful. Arrived at 6:50, didn?t get a waiter till 7:05, didn?t get appetizers till 7:45 and out waiter forgot... to put our main course in? Main course didn?t arrive until 8:30 and was incorrect. It was just my husband and I, we no longerhad an appetite for our main course. Took us 10 minutes to flag down our waiter for the check, another 5 to get out check. Afamily of 4 sat behind us about 45 minutes after we arrived and received their food and left within an hour. Definitely wouldnot recommend this location. I have never left a review and this experience forced me to. Do not come to this Buffalo Wild Wingslocation? Read more
I had a TERRIBLE experience here last night. There was no one at the host table and when someone finally came he was in such... distress he could barely get his words out. He was clearly overwhelmed. Once I got seated, I waited over 15 minutes for awaiter. When she finally came over- she never introduced herself or stated her name. She just said what do you want to drink andwent to the bar. Once I realized she was the only server in that area- I knew it would be a long wait on anything I ordered andI was correct. I waited another 30 minutes for the drink order and had to send my food back twice. I couldn?t even finish myfood because of how much time I had already wasted seating there with no service. When I was ready to cash out- I had to walk upto the bar and hand over my card to be ringed out. I would never come back here and wouldn?t recommend anyone else to either! Read more
Hardest boneless chicken I?ve ever had. It?s like they took old chicken and just tossed it in sauce. The fries were fairly hard... as well. Disappointed Read more
Buffalo Wild Wings is our go-to place because of their BOGO offer on traditional wings (Tuesday) and boneless wings (Thursday).... After trying almost all the sauces, we reached a final decision that we love their garlic parmesan sauce the most. Theircocktails are very delicious. Because of the reasonable price and fine hospitability, we visit there almost every week. Read more

This is the worst experience I have ever had. Unbelievable the food was cold and old it was extremely hard and I couldn?t even... eat it. This is so wrong, we work hard for our money and don?t have money to throw away. I will never patronize Buffalo WildWings. I blame the cooks because they knew this was unacceptable and they still sent it out of the kitchen Shame on Them?. Read more
