Food was great for watching the game and just kind of relaxing and grabbing a drink. Perfect chill spot but the service.... the... service is what make a place great! People will literally go to a mediocre place repeatedly if the service and atmosphere isamazing. With a spot like this you kind of expext a friendly vibe but nope! I really dislike leaving bad reviews because I know people work hard for their money, but this location has got to step it up.... I?ve eaten here numerous times, but this one was maybe the last. The lady at the register was doing all she could to accommodateeveryone, but the service was lacking due to slow food times and preparation. My wings were tough and I could have cooked themat home and just poured sauce on them. I do not like spending my money for terrible food that I can?t eat. Read more
Went to visit on a Friday for lunch...place was decently busy but with limited staff on hand. Ordered chicken tenders and the... meat itself was crunchy. It was quite disgusting. I did not bother to send it back due to the slow service. I've been to otherlocations and had a great experience. I would avoid this location. I also asked if I could receive credit for my visit forpoints when it was time to pay and felt like it was an inconvenience to the waitress. The customer should not feel this way. Read more
Went out with my girlfriend to celebrate our 7 months together. Took 5 minutes for our server to get our drink orders. Then once... we got our appetizer, we received no plates. Once our boneless wings arrived to the table, there were no silverware. Fries werestale. Waited almost 15 minutes to get the server to get our utensils. We would have complained to the manager but we werealready upset and in a rush. Bad service overall, please save your next special occasion and go somewhere else. Read more
Upon entering, we were not greeted by anyone. We stood there for a little over 5 minutes. Then my husband went to the take out... counter and started calling for someone. Finally, someone came out and told us to seat ourselves. It took awhile for thewaitress to come out to greet us. We had to ask for menus and water. After bringing us the water, she disappeared. My husbandwent to look for her but couldn't find her. We were tempted to walk out but instead chose to wait it out. She finally came totake our order. I ordered the Asian zing traditional wings and my husband had the chicken wrap. The wings were dried and chewy,not because there wasn't enough sauce but as if they were overcooked. Also, while we sat there waiting for the waitress to comegreet us, we noticed that the plexiglass dividers were filthy and not just ours but every one in the restaurant. First time at this location. I got my usual, wings with carrots and celery, ranch, ceasar salad and an iced tea. Aisha waited... on me and was very friendly and fast and courtesy. The tea was fresh. My food came out quickly and was hot and fresh. Aishachecked on me through out the meal and was prompt with refills. She did a great job and I wanted for nothing. Great sevice andgood. Thank you. Like most BDubbs, it was enjoyable and the food was tasty. We were here two days in a row with no complaints. Customer service... was good, tables were a bit dirty but the food was on point. We had a good attentive server who we didn?t have to search for. Iusually hit the location on 45 but this one was closer as far as our plans. Read more
Came in and sat at the bar for 5 min. Only to be told that someone was sitting in the seats that we sat in, which was fine. We... then asked if it was ok if we sat at another table close to the bar and she said yeah this table..so we got up and went to gosit at that table. Waited for another couple of minutes and the bartender didn't even come to ask if we wanted to something todrink...she wasn't even a little apologetic to the fact the we had to move.
