*UPDATE! I submitted a complaint on the corporate site and they sent me points to use the next time I visited in an almost auto... reply email. They lost my business. Horrible food! Good food but service was not very good. Waitress never come and checked on us.
Service was impeccable. Absolutely breath taking. The wet napkins they give you have zero taste. Hopefully corporate will see... this and make improvements on the flavor of them. Okay this location gets 3 stars because the burger meat was thin, wings and fries could had been better. The waitress was great... in the beginning but after 2 of her tables left her service went down hill. We had to keep flagging her down for refills,forgotten fries, my credit card, napkins and etc. We might try a different location instead of this one later on in the future. Read more
Last night was so bad. We came to this restaurant expecting the same service as any other BWW. For one, we waited for an hour... and twenty minutes for our food to come out. During this time, tables were left dirty and the restrooms were dirty. During thetwo hours we were there no one cleaned. (Until the very end a guy finally took the initiative to begin cleaning). We sawemployees standing around, with enough time to chit chat and laugh yet the restaurant was extremely dirty. The manager ( orshift manger) was standing around socializing. She could have helped to clean. The food was good but the service was so bad.Our waitress was nice. But I am not sure about this restaurant. We won?t ever go back. Read more
