My brother introduced me to this place almost 20 years ago...dang I'm getting old. I'm ashamed to say that it's been years since... I've visited. I was glad to see that it was still here. The burgers are just as good as I remember. My buddy inhaled his burgerwhile I consciously slowed down to savor each bite. The potato salad is delicious and also left me wanting more. Not too bad of a burger. A little on the pricey side. Bison is a little more dry than a regular beef patty as well but some... might prefer less fat percentage. Could use a bit more flavor/seasoning. This place has been consistently great every time I have come here for the past six years. I highly recommend the bison burger.... The bison packs a whole lot of clean, fresh meat flavor with very little greasiness. Add a soft fried egg for an extra treat anda silky, creamy texture, although I'd also suggest a slice of melted cheese and jalapenos on top of that for a nice variety ofcontrasting flavors. Others, there are plenty of other topping choices on their menu. The only bad thing is having to sitoutside in the heat to eat, as there is no indoor seating available, although if this is a very big problem for anyone theirburgers are always available to go. Tried for first time based on reviews. I wanted to order as basic a burger to taste the quality of the beef and bun. First... impression was a nice fresh taste of lettuce and tomatoes. Cheese was normal American and the bun almost had a chiabatta texturetaste, still good. The young lady who took my order was very nice and helpful with recommendations. Overall, burger to me wasnot as flavorful and juicy as I hoped for. To be fair, the 1/3 pound patty was cooked well done. The taste of the patty remindedme of pre made ones you get from Costco or Sam?s. Not much seasoning for me. I?m glad I at least gave it a try. Read more

Awesome super juicy burgers and ingredients. The egg on top was amazing. Only downside is that they don?t have a deep fried so... no fries with the wonderful burger. Jalapeño potato salad was really great though. Read more
Great quality homemade Texas burgers. Tons of outdoor seating. You can build your burger just how you like it with cheese,... bacon, chili, avocado, mushrooms or an egg. All burgers come with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, mayo, mustard, ketchup orbbq sauce. Small dirt parking lot off the side of the freeway that fills up when they are busy. Read more
I love trying burgers from all over and this one was delicious! They are made to order, fresh and nice, thick burgers. I'm glad... I ordered a single patty because a double would have been way too much! If you do order a double, bring your appetite! We satoutside on one of Texas' nice days and enjoyed ourselves.
