My husband and I had a romantic evening out at Brix and it was stellar. We normally sit outside in their gorgeous courtyard... with the fountain, but it was very windy so we went inside. It was lovely inside too. The service is always top notch. We hadan excellent bottle of wine and ate dinner "tapas" style off their menu. We started with the Vesper board, a charcuterie plate,moved on to the French onion soup (absolutely divine), and then went completely overboard with both the truffle parmesan friesand the carne pizza. I always wish my stomach was bigger when we go there. Everything is so delicious and the atmosphere isperfect. I highly recommend this restaurant/wine bar. Read more

Last night, after months, had the chance to experience this restaurant. IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT! We sat outside and were... immediately greeted. I explained it was our first time here and the response was amazing. They took the time to explain therestaurant and the menu. Everything made from scratch! The wine selection is good with a choice of flights for everyone. Wetried appetizers, salad, salmon, burgers and dessert. The variety of food was good too however, the taste was to die for. Andeven better, was the service and teamwork. Everyone was helping each other and offering their opinions on choices. The staff here are excellent! I had my first date here with my fiance 2 years ago. I showed up without any warning and asked if... I could surprise my girlfriend and propose to her, 30 min before she was going to arrive. They moved quickly, gave us one oftheir private rooms, and helped me set up.
