My husband and I enjoyed the customer service more than we enjoyed the food. The food ain?t what it use to be. However, the... service is. Donald had amazing, outstanding customer service skills. As with many service establishments, service need improvement. There was only 1 other patron when I dined. There were 5... servers and a cashier hanging at the front door when I arrived. They appeared to flip a coin to see who had to cover my table. During my dining all front house employees continued to hang out at the front. My server did check on me a few times after Ireceived my meal but needed to be more attentive. He brought my check and retreated to the front door area again and neverreturned. I finally took my bill to him where he promptly processed my payment. He was friendly and pleasant throughout myvisit. Food quality was acceptable and everything came out hot. The building is old and in need to major upgrades. Boothschair and fixtures should be reconditioned or replaced and bathrooms, while relatively clean are dingy and outdated. Read more

Avoid like the plague! Our server was very sweet, poor thing. She should find another job tho. Mozzarella sticks were empty... shells of breading, wings hard as a rock, and worst of all, LONG BLACK HAIR in my wings that I found halfway thru eating..????won't ever go back. Read more
3 stars only because the customer service is bad.. we got there, got seated and took our orders, everything fine but when we... were done eating we tried to get a waitress to come to our table to ask for the check and to go boxes, no one would payattention to us.. so i walked to the cashier only to find a long line of customers waiting to pay, i had to wait 10 minuted justto pay. Also, while waiting for a waitress at our table, there was another table who hadn't been attended. The food is deliciousthough, and fast. Read more
Unimpressive. I just hate leaving negative reviews, but this place was subpar on every food service level. Every surface was... sticky. Wings were very greasy, and a bit undercooked. Bartenders where unknowledgeable on basic cocktails. The poor kidsworking there where very sweet, and nice, but definitely a lack of training all around. There are so many great wing places intown. Don't waste your money or your time. Read more
