Well, I haven?t eaten here in a long time, and it is unfortunate to see that this chain is quickly losing, if not, already lost... its momentum, but I see why when I walked in, even though my feet made a noise, as did the door, there was a gentleman (FredGeorge) sitting down on the safe on his cell phone for approximately six or seven minutes as I stood there at the counter,waiting before he even acknowledge me then, when he came over, he asked me what i wanted in a rude snippy tone. He proceeded togive me some meatloaf, which was dried out, but he shared he would switch it out. Then he made some inappropriate comment to oneof the employees, but what killed it, as i walked away after he rang me up. He used his apron & had a coughing fit right therein the front with no gloves on near the food, so I hope the management & owners of this location will use this as an opportunityto do their job & train their Staff! The old man serving was not wear gloves for hygiene. Food was all over, which made it so unappetizing. Was stingy in the... portions he was giving the lady before us who kept saying "Can you add a little more?" Just slaps the food in the container withfood dripping on the sides. Most of the displayed food were empty. Mashed potatoes dripped to the corn, yam drippings around thenearby food....guy didn't care. Not sure if it was because the line was long but I started getting worried of hygiene andcontamination. I was waiting for my turn to and decided to just order their chicken... Definitely no sides. Barf!!! Last strawwas when he gave the lady her gravy....sauce was all over this man's fingers!!! Yukkkk!!!! So I walked out! Such a quick and healthy place for a meal. The food is always good, and they update their menu pretty often. The staffs are... always very friendly and helpful there. They normally have coupons online that you can use, don't forget to check that. Read more

I was pleasantly surprised! It?s been YEARS since I?ve eaten at Boston Market, so I decided to revisit. When restaurants close... that were once popular, you automatically assume the quality has gone downhill. I?m happy to report that is not the case here.Though they didn?t have my original order idea, they did have a new item I?m now glad I tried. The chicken salad sandwich. Ipersonally am a huge fan of chicken salad sandwiches, so I went for it. The sandwich was good! The topping were fresh and thechicken itself was a good mayonnaise to chicken ratio. I got a side of mashed potatoes to go with my sandwich. They were thesame good potatoes I recall from years ago. The service was good and the restaurant seemed to be clean overall. The outsideneeds a little attention, but other than that, my experience was good. They still have a drive through for those who like towear pj?s all day and not have to fully interact with people. This was my first ever visit to B.M. and this was a very nice experience, Thanks to the Manager on duty, Aldelia over on the... Westheimer store in Houston, Texas. She was very attentive and the store was very clean, and food was delicious! I willdefinitely be going back to this restaurant that is dine in friendly with all the safety measures in place but not anapprehensive environment to eat in and relax... We stopped by to have lunch today & all the food was very fresh , hot and tasty. For two people we didn't spend over $30 it was... very affordable. The drive thru experience was starting to be frustrating until the manager stepped in and helped the worker.They worked together to correct the problem & make sure I was satisfied.
