I order meal for 4 and an Extra chicken! Since I wanted to try the new flavors I order the spicy one for both chicken thinking I... was going to get the spicy one's! But instead they gave a small container with spicy sauce in it! And for that they charged me$5.00 Extra for each little container. When my husband and I came in the location it was fairly warm. Maybe warmer than what it was outside. There was also no food... displaying in the window as if they were out of alot of sides. My husband and I were given each other that look like do wereally want to eat here because of the AC problems and no sides in the window. We decided to order and the lady brought out somefresh hot sides, we did eat in the car because it was just to hot in the actual location but the food was so good so hot sotaste it was worth every dime. I gave a review about telling the restaurant they need to cook their chicken more or at least offer it well done to the... customers who doesn't like their chicken with barely done skin on it. I am updating my review today, 5/21/22 and I want to saythanks ' ladies '. I enjoyed the conversation as well as the customer service. I have to say that this was by far one of thebest meals that I've had at this location. I mean just look at the pictures. The texture was just right and the flavor wasthere. We pre-ordered a meal for Thanksgiving, and when we arrived at our scheduled time, found the front door locked and people... standing around wondering what was going on. Eventually a customer inside let us in. There were lots of employees there, but theorganization was terrible. There were open boxes of food everywhere, even on the floor. They were slowly thawing out which can'tbe good. They were building orders and making corrections instead of having everything already boxed and ready to go like lastyear. I feel bad for posting a bad review because the employees were nice, but hopefully someone will read this and do somethingabout it. Unacceptable conditions and it took us about 45 minutes to finally get our order. We cancelled our Christmas order andwill give cracker barrel a chance. Read more
