I am a huge pizza person that intentionally travels to different pizza locations to compare the taste and quality of their food.... This was my first time going to Blaze Pizza and, honestly, it was pretty good! It wasn't anything spectacular, but the vibes ofthe restaurant, cost of the food, and the efficient/nice staff made the experience worthwhile! I really like Blaze. They have a gluten free option that is light and doesn't work against my digestion. The thing that I don't... like is it seems to be that different locations have different baking times/styles. Sometimes it's way too chewy, others it'stoo crispy. In this case, it was too crispy and that took away from the taste. I will say, however, that I was impressed withthe atmosphere and the cleanliness. It was nearly impeccable. Read more
