Not a good day for Big Daddy's... we went to go get bbq like we always do. We walked in and the place was deserted. No one at... the counter called out several times... no answer .. knocked on bathrooms... no answer. Left and even came back in just to seeif i could get someone... nothing....called to check to see if there was anyone... guy answered... not phased at all for losing a couple of customers???? BBQ is tried and true. Baker stuff potatoes are always good size. Always plenty of BBQ sauce for to go orders. Service is always... friendly and it really does matter. It's solid four sometimes 5. I certainly like them over other BBQ places in the area.Overall a good value. Read more
Got my order and my coworker. Guy said fridge is out no cole slaw or potato salad nothing cold yet he was able to give me... macaroon. It tasted like it went bad $36.00 for 2 plates brisket taste so awful only sausage was ok... Been at the westheimerlocation lots of times this is the first time this happens... Just ate at this place that i've never been to before. The brisket was pretty good, not bland. the BBQ sauce was nice and spicy.... had dirty rice which was pretty good. definitely will go back and recommend to all! very roomy diner with great classic rockmusic playing! give them a try during lunch time!!! The food and service its usually good, but today I ordered beef and I did not pay attention when it was being cut and literally... got 25 dlls worth of fat. I dont know if quality of the meat its declining or the server just gave me whatever he wanted. Anywaytime to find another bbq spot. Be aware that prices are different between website and in store.
