We have come here before and food was decent. Last night was another story. Service was great, our waiter was friendly and... attentive. Gummy punch tea was GOOD BUT the food was NOT! Everything tasted weird. Mac n cheese had a funny taste, either badmilk or something. The fried pickles were not cooked fully. Wings were decent. My friends and I stopped in to catch some of a Texans game since this place has sports. It was busy but they were handling the... rush really well. The manager was interacting with staff to keep service running well and still made time to come by and greetus personally. I think her name is Sammie? The lady with black hair and tattoos. Her enthusiasm really stood out and her superfriendly personality made our night awesome. We had great service and the food was good. We came for the game and stayed forthe vibe! So the food was alright not that great. But the service there was the best. One of the servers Sosa was nice enough to check on... us often and refill our drinks and made sure we had everything we needed. Really appreciated that most servers deliver food toyour table and don't show up unless you call me for something. Read more

We came to this spot as usual but we didn't sit in our normal spot. We decided to sit in the back part of the restaurant close... to the kitchen. Two servers saw us come in and didn't even acknowledge us. We waited patiently for 20 minutes and still no onecame to attend us. The servers kept coming in and out of the kitchen and still no one came to assist. We decided to leave andgive our business else where. Poor customer service. Before I left, I spoke to the girl in the podium to let her know that wewere sitting there and that no one came to help. She said someone would be with us, but we didn't want to wait any longer. Allof your employees need to be trained for Customer Service. If I could, I wouldn't give any stars at all. I'm never coming tothis place ever again.
