Wow this was my first time in a Ben and Jerry?s and it was truly amazing. The employee named Natalie was so welcoming and sweet!... She was patient with me as I asked to try a few different flavors and even pointed out which were dairy free. She made my frienda waffle cone bowl on the spot and handled us with grace. So I actually had a Sundae with marshmallows sky ice cream with a cookie at the bottom and my kids had 2coops a piece. Drove by and saw their cute little Ben & Jerry?s truck and had to make a quick stop! The staff was so kind and friendly. The... establishment was very well kept. They had many flavors and items to chose from in their fridge. They had so many flavors tochose from too for the cones and shakes. I ended up getting a small Oreo dipped cone with Milk & Cookies ice cream. It was about$10 but it comes with 2 scoops. (I only did one scoop and still paid the same price because I knew I wouldn?t finish the 2scoops) I had an amazing experience and will definitely be coming back to try one of their shakes! Read more

I went in late one night while working to get some ice cream. Butter pecan Though it wasn't my 1st choice, I did however hit the... spot for me. I was happy because I was in and out.
