Absolutely delicious!! I got a "Ribeye Sandwich", and my husband got the "Bp Burger". Having tried both, I would HANDS DOWN... recommend the Bp Burger!! For the price of a whopper (yes, a whopper), it's exceptionally BETTER. Highly recommend theparmesan truffle fries too!! P.S. The tail end of your car sticks out if there's a bit of a line. Only downfall. Read more

Some people complimented the ahi tuna sandwich here. Tried it today, it?s either not as good as before or it?s overrated

First time at this location. Bad experience and poor customer service. I initially attempted to place an order from the... drive-thru lane. I waited for a few minutes at the drive-thru speaker, but no one answered. Since either the speaker wasinoperable or the staff was busy, I determined that the only way to order was to go inside. Since it was close to 100 degreesoutside and I had my 4 year old golden retriever with me, I parked my vehicle and walked inside with him- on a leash, to placemy to-go order. As I was placing my to-go order, another employee (possibly manager) asked if my dog was a service dog. Ireplied that he was not. The employee told me that I could not have my dog inside and that my dog needed to stay outside. WhenI explained the situation about not being able to order from the drive-thru, the employee stated in a very rude manner, "Wellyou could just leave your dog outside, if you're coming in to place an order." I told the employee to go ahead and cancel myorder because I would not leave my dog outside or in a hot vehicle alone. I completely understand that a business has the rightto refuse service and request a customer to leave, however, based on this situation, the employee did not even attempt tounderstand or remedy the situation. I?ve been eating Becks Prime since way back when there was one in the Houston Galleria by the ice rink (at least 25 years ago).... They are still the best non fast food burger in not only Texas but the country (2nd would be Holstein?s in the Cosmopolitan inLas Vegas). I will say not all Becks Prime locations are the same. This location (Kirby), the Sugar Land location, and theWoodlands are all top notch. Highly highly recommend this place. Read more

I just spent $30 on a meal there and specifically asked for no mustard. When I was in the drive through I should have figured... the girl with no eye brows was confused because she said all I heard was coke! My burger order was first though. when I got tothe window she was on her phone. I will never eat there again Read more

Food quality is very good but you pay for it! Our simple lunch for 2 was almost $40 which is a lot for a hamburger, fries a... salad entree and 2 drinks! Where they lost points on this review was the sticky yucky tables inside the dining area. It was justafter 1:30 the lunch crowd was pretty much gone and they really needed to give all the tables a good wiping down with a soapytowel, very unappealing to have your arms stick to the table while you eat. It is not the best "Burgers In Town" as claimed on the plaque on the wall. The place could use a good cleaning. I recommend the... Beck's at Memorial Park. Read more
