The service was excellent, the staff was friendly and the ambiance was relaxed. I had cheese burger with fries, the burger patty... was thick and juicy and the bun was i thought big for the patty, and those golden hand made fries were delicious. Read more
It wasn't bad, but for the price, it wasn't great. 2 burgers, 1 lg fries, and a regular sized shake: over $40. -The sweet... potato fries were excellent. -The burgers tasted just ok, nothing special about them to constitute the price. Buns were a bitstale. Meat cooked medium. Toppings weren't very fresh (super soggy lettuce and tomatoes, this isn't from the meatjuice). -shake tasted fine. Not bad, not great. -customer service was excellent, A+. I understand quality ingredients costmore, but for over $40 there just isn't enough going on with the burgers here for me to come back. Friendly, attentive staff. 3STARS for the food, 1 STAR for the value, 2 STARS overall. Read more

I had an awesome experience! The staff were very helpful & friendly. The establishment was very clean, had a great menu... selection on food & beer! Highly recommend if you're craving a good juicy burger. I do think that you should eat them there vstaking the drive thru because the burgers are so juicy that they can be soggy by the time you get home. This locale, even being off of a main street, had a large wooden patio with several huge oak trees(!) The food is a tad pricey,... but oh so worth the little extra. Best burgers around by far! Every item I have tried has been fresh,well seasoned and tasty.Staff at all locations polite and go the extra mile. This particular location on Westheimer, the entire staff was exceptionaland attentive. Highly recommend! Read more
