My 5 star review is because of LaTandra. My wife and I had been sitting for 5 minutes or more and no one had waited on us. ... LaTandra saw that and even though we weren't in her section she waited on us and gave us excite service. I give the bartenderzero stars. My wife ordered a swirl margarita, Latandra noticed it wasn't a swirl and asked the bartender. Bartender said ohwell its gonna mix anyway. I know this was said because I was watching. We ordered an order of 20 battered wings and a side of Chili cheese curry fríes as oír takeout order. We hadn't ordered from... this place like in 2 years or so, so we figured we would order here. What a mistake. The fries had no salt, tasteless. The wingsalso didn't have salt either and the sauces were also not great. What a waste. Don't order wings or fríes from here. Read more
Had to wait a long time to get our food. If you like your wings with heat then make sure you order above Xtra hot because they... weren't spicy at all. Lacked on the sauce in general. They were BOGO but wasn't impressed with the flavor. Read more
Hadn't been here in years and customer service was awful. Other tables that got there after us were attended and we were still... waiting didn't even get attended for drinks until i went to the front to ask what the hold up was and they were empty not evenbusy either. After we got our server i was asking her about the food portions on a plate and she had no knowledge and alsowasn't familiar with the drinks so she was no help. Overall do not recommend. Read more
I wish I could give this zero stars. Get there and there was some people but not super busy. Sat us down and waited for 10... minutes and nothing happened. Servers would walk by and not even acknowledge us. No drinks, no "I'll be with you in a minute" oranything so we decided to leave. My family has been going to this establishment since it opened and never had a problem. Until last night my father was accused... of walking out on the bill. My father was having drinks with a friend and had order our family food to go. The waitress broughtthe food out twice and each time she kept bringing the food to dine. By the second time my father had enough of it and was goingto leave with his friend. That?s when the manager started yelling and accusing my father of skipping out of the bill. My fatherexplain what happened with the waitress getting the order wrong and didn?t want the food anymore. It didn?t make any sense formy father to pay for the waitress mistakes. And the manager wasn?t having it, he kept telling my father he had to pay for it.Eventually the manager realize he can?t pin the food on my father but that?s there was some drinks on that bill but it came outto THREE DOLLARS!! Which my father was already drinking prior and payed that bill. So for THREE DOLLARS is what this comes downtoo?? You yell at loyal costumer for THREE DOLLARS?? It was honestly disheartening to hear about this because my dad has been aLOYAL costumer to this establishment since it opened. Why would my father try to not pay the bill?
