Fast and friendly service, they had a lot of flavors in stock I recommend this location if in the area and the store was clean.

I placed an order online this past week. I picked it up on Saturday 2/18. When I called to inquire about the cookies that were... to be placed on top of the cake the employee that answered the phone said the cake decorator was gone gone for the day thereforeshe could not provide any information. So I responded by saying that?s by telling her you don?t have to be a decorator to tellme the cookies that will be on top of the cake considering you all handle the merchandise. When I came in on Saturday neitheremployee greeted me only asking my name. When she gave me my order she reached over the ice cream to give it to me instead ofgoing by the register where she didn?t have to contaminate anything. Also they weren?t wearing masks. We had Double cup with Lemon Custard and Pineapple Coconut flavors and kid's single cup with Daiquiri Ice. Ice cream was yummy.... Service was fast and friendly. A little smaller than some BRs but there are several tables outside in addition to the fewseats inside. We visited a couple different BR recently and we think selection varies a lot by location. They didnt greet us, wouldnt come around to front display to take order. She used the wrong sized cup for the 3 scoop sundae.... She put all the wet toppings in the container top, and put the top on the sundae. All the wet toppings poured out everywherewhen we opened it to eat it. Sloppy careless teen brats behind the counter are more interested in phone calls and gabbing, thanmaking customers happy. Read more

Very disappointed, this store was not following COVID safety regulations set in place. The worker did not have their mask on... properly (it was under the nose) and there were more than 5 customers when the door clearly says ?no more then 3?. Half of theice creams were not available and the worker who did not have their mask on properly was removing other ice cream bins withoutgloves. Such a waste that a great establishment has let itself go. Walked inn and immediately left. Read more

BR did their part of giving masks to their employees, but they need to find a way to enforce it!!! both ladies in this shop... wear their mask totally incorrect, I could see their nose and mouth!!! They also talk to customers in front of our ice cream, ontop of that they don?t enforce ?no more than three customers? there were about 7 in a line, how does BR will fix this? Read more

Such a let down. The flavors are just ok. The ice cream cost way to much for average flavors. They also don?t mix the ice cream... they just scoop it. The cherries tasted very artificial and the brownies tasted pretty old. This place is a one and done forme. I would say try it for yourself. Don?t hate high expectations. Also there is no public restroom, just a heads up. Read more

The first time i came to this location was great. The second time we walked in no one said anything to us for the first 3... minutes luckily my son was looking at the ice cream otherwise i would have left. The girl really acted like she was bothered. Ifit wasn't for me promising my son a ice cream date i would have left. Customer service is everything. I only gave two stars forthe ice cream. Read more
