Bought the smallest 2-4 person birthday cake. The sticker said $16.99. The cashier told me prices went up and said it was... $20.99. I told her this cake and others of the same size, all had a $16.99 sticker. She said there was nothing to do. It wasmy Mom's birthday today so I had to buy it. But this cake was overpriced and the cashier wouldn't even ask a manager. Theyshould have honored the sticker price. A slice of that cake is over $5.00 that can't be right. My friend and I took her son to get ice cream. The 5 years old was so excited, he took 2 minutes to make decisions. The worker... was rude and impatient. I can not believe she had such bad attitude. If she works in my restaurant, she will be fired longtime ago. She will push a lot of customers away, at least I will not come back. Read more
I had ordered ice cream from them via delivery three separate occasions for my children. Each of those three separate occasions... they messed up on the order. In the first order, they put peanut butter M&Ms (this was not an option online) instead of plainM&Ms (what was requested). I am thankful my child did not have a peanut allergy. On the second and third occasions they flatout got the orders wrong. I reached out to the ownership of the store and I received no attempt to contact me back. I hadhoped they would so I didn't have to write this review but clearly they did not care. Hence the one star and I will not dealwith their franchise location again. Read more
I got a scoop of the snickers ice cream and they kindly gave me a little more than I asked for. In one of my last bites, I... chomped on some paper as shown below hanging off the edge of the cup. Get a scoop at this location at your own risk! Read more
Ice cream was great. Just didn't like the fact that there's a promotion saying buy 2 scoops and get a free waffle cone. I paid... for the cone since the employees dont know there promotions. Read more
I have their ice cream since i was little. I have never had a bad experience at Baskin Robbins in my life. The store is always... neat and clean in every store i frequent. There are lots of choices for dessert to choose from made with one of their 31flavors. Read more
