Always a good choice for treats. Did not know they offered milkshakes though. Was very pleased.
Employees would benefit from better customer service training.
Customer service was bad and they did not seem to care. My family and I went there for the first time today and we could tell... that something was wrong when they asked only for cash. We got an ice cream cone and a tiger drink which is a twist on the Asiandrink. They did not blend the drink and it looked like a float. My daughter almost threw up after tasting because it tastedspoiled and sour. The milk was off. It was bad. After we asked for something else because it tasted horribly, they said to payto order something new. They did not care. We left and took our business to the ice cream shop we go regularly with betterservice La Monarca! Read more
We went in, 2 girls said they only accepted card which is understandable because situations happen. Came back with a card the... two wonderful ladies ignored us, talking about ?how many dishes to clean? they had to do. Then after asking for a shakeproceeded to refuse us the shakes, a joke on service. Read more
