The staff is always so friendly. We place orders here frequently through Uber Eats even though there's a shop closer to home.... Any time an item we order is out of stock, they make sure to let us know. Tonight, they sent us a message with our Uber Earsorder to let us know they were sorry about not having any whip cream. An uncomfortable experience. They closed the store an hour early. They didn?t have anywhere on the door that their hours had... changed. Just a sign that said use other door. Pulled on the second door and was even more embarrassed than when I pulled on thefirst door ???? The girls inside looked right at us and looked away. Maybe they changed their hours because of covid and forgotto post their new hours or something. It was just super uncomfortable to make eye contact with the girls who looked right backat me and my boyfriend and then have them look back at their cleaning. Went last night, called before I went to make sure they were open at 9:13pm, young lady answers the phone with attitude and says... we are closing at 9:30, I say well online says 10 and she proceeds to say well we are slow so manager said we are closing early.I called another location who said corporate doesn't allow them to close early. I still went, they turned a gentlemen away andstood at the end of the counter with the lights off until I left. Called this afternoon to speak to a manager and get corporatesnumber and they say one is not there and they don't have any phone number.. The 1 ? has nothing to do with the employees. Their customer service was 2nd to none. But has everything to do with the poor... quality of products & surely overpriced. There was a time in years past when Baskin Robbins was know for their great tasting icecream, full of intense flavor. I ordered the bubble gum ice cream. It had absolutely NO bubble flavor whatsoever. As a matter offact, it had no flavor at all. It only tasted sweet but left that terrible medicine after taste that pink jelly beans usuallyleave. My daughter had a waffle come which taste like they used the least expensive ingredients to make, giving it an EXTREMELYcheap, low budget kinda taste...almost no taste at all. They have become overrated to say the least & way too pricey consideringtheir poor quality of products. Won't be back to waste money. I remember going to Baskin-Robbins when I was a kid. Those memories can stay distant ????????! Overpriced ice cream at its... finest! It is about $5 per person/ice cream, which is fine for one in a while. Parking here is limited and the location is asomewhat hidden. This Baskin-Robbins is small but they have tables for customers who want to eat their treats there. Read more
