Today I went to get 3 pints of ice cream had it on the counter. I was the only 1 in there then another lady walk in the lady... start helping her when I was first so I just left it there. The time before that same lady I went to get 3pints from the freezerby the door she ran up 2 me she thought I was going 2 steal. I wished you value your customers. I guess I'm not the right color. I was spending way more money then the lady with 1 ice cream cone. I will never go back. Thanks for nothing. Read more

My daughter and I both ordered treats with 2 scoops of ice cream. The brownie sundae comes with 2.5 scoops of ice cream, but it... only had 2 mini scoops that was noticeably smaller than my daughter's. When I pointed it out to the clerk, he gave me some halfexcuse that is how they come. NOT HAPPY. WE WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS STORE EVER. THEY CHEAT THEIR ICE CREAM LOVER CUSTOMERS. Read more

I purchased ice cream from here today at 3:15. 2 pints of chocolate almond, 2 scoops of butter pecan and 2 scoops of cookies and... cream! My son took two bites and immediately said his butter pecan tasted funny. He threw it away. My mom said her chocolatealmond tasted old, so I tasted mine! I agreed with my mom it tasted weird and even the pecans had a weird texture! My youngestsons cookies and cream he has not eaten as of yet! At 5:45 I threw up all over my bed, my mom is in the potty with diarrhea, myson that ate his ice cream has diarrhea. I understand that being closed due to the pandemic may have gotten things out of wack!But this is unacceptable! I will be calling in the morning. Read more

Brought a banana split and when I got home the toppings was in the bottom of the bag because I was told (when I called about it)... that its hard to put the lid on it.
