Ice cream taste good, but there is a particular employee who is quite rude and has a snappy, loud attitude towards customers.

Customer service needs to be worked on! The girl that was helping me kept touching her mask ???? and her glasses ???? I asked... her to please change her gloves ????!! She got so mad ????! I then since I paying separate from my kids she totally jumped overthem!! Retrain these people!! They don?t understand that because of paying customers they still have a job!! Read more
So tonight I went to the store to get A banana split first of all they stuff is hella overpriced and it does NOT match up with... other ones that I?ve been too in the past but that?s besides the point. These people are so cheap I didn?t even get 2 bananas. Igot a banana CUT IN HALF. And then by the time I got home, the strawberry and whipped cream inside the container was busted ALLOVER THE BAG despite that the ice cream was still in pretty amazing shape... at least I thought it was. So when I took my firstbite of the ice cream I realized it was freezer burned, ALL 3 FLAVORS. I spent almost 10 dollars on this?. I?m not very happy ifthere were zero stars I would put that down. This store is not recommended for almost 10 dollars you can LITERALLY buy better.Do yourself a favor and invest in some blue bell save yourself the trouble. They had my favorite chocolate almond in the back. They change and rotate flavors at various times of the year and my favorite... is not always offered. Their ice cream cake sounds awesome for a birthday. This is the first time a store had it in the back. Read more
I worked at Baskin-Robbins as a manager by Wirt st. And this store has been the worst Baskin-Robbins store I have visited.... Literally when you walk in there?s a lot of insects by the door, also you are waiting on line and the mosquitoes all around you.People were eating inside like nothing? And the manager was there ?
