Ice cream is good but the place is so dirty. We visited at 5pm. Maybe the owner will pay attention to get clean this place.
Fast, friendly and welcoming service. Delicious ice cream options never disappoint.
Been here several times. Each time a surly woman has begrudgingly taken our order. Was willing to put up with it until today,... because it?s a convenient location and well, ice cream. Never going back though. She was just as crabby, but today she?answered? a question with an eyeroll and a disgusted-with-me noise. I live not far from, and have visited this location several times over the years. After a recent visit, it's my last rodeo -... Endex. I ain't ever bringing anyone back here for an Ice-Cream. The entire place in general, serving area, sitting area,floors, surfaces, ice cream display - to put it lightly - are absolutely DISGUSTING. Behind the counter is no better. Not surehow they get away with it. Hygiene is bottom of their list, and it shows! It is, by far, the dirtiest food place I have evervisited in Houston. I will leave it at the above. And I'm generous in my comments. I gave the location a 1/5, just because theysell Ice Cream. As for staff, the majority just grumble at you as if you're taking up their time. Read more
